Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email info@brooklynsoftboys.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 7 days of delivery by contacting info@brooklynsoftboys.com.
